What is included with a stall or lounge?+
Every unit comes as a built structure with your brand fascia, plus the complimentary delegate passes listed on the booth cards. The complete deliverables list — furniture, power, and branding specs — is shared when you enquire.
Can we choose our location on the floor?+
Yes — positions are allocated on the floor plan in booking order, so earlier bookings get first pick. Premium Lounges hold the anchor positions on the floor.
When do exhibitors set up?+
Set-up slots run the day before the event opens, with over-night build options for custom pavilions. Confirmed exhibitors receive the full set-up schedule and venue access details in advance.
Do exhibitor teams get event passes?+
Yes — Standard Stalls include 1 complimentary 3-day pass and Premium Lounges include 4. Additional team passes can be added at delegate rates.
Can we do something bigger than a lounge?+
